A dev's work is never done, and certainly not with a big ole revamp like The Witcher 3 Remastered. CD Projekt Red put out a new patch today bringing in a range of fixes for the RPG, perhaps most notably sorting out some of the game's lighting issues, amongst other, PC-specific related problems to do with your GPU.
