Starting now and running through September 28, Walmart is hosting an exclusive "GeForce Week" sale with some astonishingly good deals on prebuilt gaming PCs featuring Nvidia's new GeForce RTX 50 series GPUs. These deals are, frankly, so good that they're worth picking up before Black Friday. This sale appears to be run by Walmart so you probably won't find these deals anywhere else (unless another retailer price matches). Note that these systems are, unsurprisingly, going out of stock quickly, but Walmart appears to be refreshing inventory every so often.

Read on for more details. I've broken down the deals by graphics card, since that is the one of the biggest dictators of price. If you haven't yet done your research and aren't sure which level of PC is right for you, I'd suggest starting with the GPU (check out our GPU guide) and seeing which option below matches the resolution of your display and the type of game you intend to play. Games like Hollow Knight: Silksong are far less taxing on your PC than, say, Crimson Desert.

The RTX 5060 performs better than the RTX 4060 that it replaces and the gap extends in games that support DLSS 4.5. It will run most games in 1080p at framerates of up to 60fps, although some games might require some settings adjustments. 1440p is a viable option too, although at that point I'd strongly recommend moving up to a 5060 Ti (16GB) or RTX 5070.

The GeForce RTX 5070 is the Nvidia card I'd recommend for high-fps 1080p and 1440p gaming. It's also powerful enough to run most games at 4K, although at that point you'll see noticeable gains jumping up to a 5070 Ti. Compared to the previous generation GPUs, the RTX 5070 offers a slight performance improvement over the RTX 4070 Super, which was and still is an excellent GPU. This is the card I'd recommend for most people.

The RTX 5070 Ti is our best reviewed Blackwell card because it offers the best bang for your buck in terms of 4K gaming performance. It performs neck-and-neck with the previous generation RTX 4080 Super and pulls ahead in any game that supports multi-frame generation. It is fully capable of running any game in 4K at 60fps, including Death Stranding 2 and Crimson Desert. The RTX 5070 Ti also comes equipped with 16GB of VRAM like the RTX 5080, making it viable for AI.

Performance-wise, the RTX 5080 is no slouch. The "Founder's Edition" is the original 5080 GPU sold by Nvidia directly. It's one of the fastest cards on the market, bested only by the $2,000 RTX 5090 and the discontinued $1,600 RTX 4090. You'll be able to play latest, most demanding games in 4K resolution at high settings and ray tracing enabled. You'll also save thousands by picking this over a 5090 system.
