The Acer Nitro 85 gaming PC is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 7 8700F CPU, GeForce RTX 5070 12GB GPU, 16GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 1TB M.2 SSD. The Ryzen 7 8700F is an 8-core, 16-thread processor with a max boost clock of 5.1GHz. It's not the fastest or newest AMD CPU, but it's still a solid gaming CPU that won't bottleneck the GPU, especially at the higher resolutions you should be playing at if you own a 5070 Ti. It's cooled by a robust tower heatsink fan.
The GeForce RTX 5070 GPU is an excellent choice for 1080p or 1440p gaming
The GeForce RTX 5070 is the best Nvidia card for 1080p and 1440p gaming and by itself this card retails for $600 (although generally it's higher these days). It's also powerful enough to run most games at 4K, although at that point you'll see noticeable gains jumping up to a 5070 Ti. Compared to the previous generation GPUs, the RTX 5070 offers a slight performance improvement over the RTX 4070 Super, which was and still is an excellent GPU.
