Old School RuneScape Gets Hardcore Worlds

Old School RuneScape has new hardcore worlds, worlds so hardcore they had to be segregated from the softcore worlds. I’m talking full frontal. Otherwise the game is pretty much the same. Hardcore worlds offer their own economy with access to the grand exchange (separate) and trading, but with the caveat that if a player dies they have one of two options.

You can either transfer your character to the main game or reset your progress and start again on the hardcore world.

The downside is this is RuneScape where Jagex doesn’t offer extra characters so in order to play hardcore you’ll need to have a new account.
