There’s a new GTA 6 pre-order bonus and its contents still remains as a bit of a mystery. However, we will sharing everything we know so far.
According to a Discord user within the Rockstar Games community, Walmart’s backend has revealed an all-new, exclusive pre-order bonus for the retailer. This is on top of the Vintage Vice City pack everyone else will receive.
An image shared another user, @nxrcssist via @smallo92, lists a “surprise and delight offer” that offer applies to qualifying GTA6 pre-orders for both the XBOX and PS5 copies of the game. This will be placed inside of “one GMD bag” which is a General Merchandise Delivery.
Of course, many people are now speculating what is included in in this surprise goodie bag. Whilst we don’t know for certain, Walmart have a track record of doing these kinds of offers for a video game launches.
For example, similar verbiage was used for the Nintendo Switch 2 launch. The goodie bag consisted of a snack and drink. Pringles and Coke are a previous combination offered by the retailer. Given this information, don’t expect any sort of GTA-branded gifts let alone food.
Code in box pre-orders can be picked up from November 12th and that’s when players will also grab their “surprise and delight offer”. We’re just a week away from the codes being in people’s hands and pre-loading going live. The game has been confirmed to be a 210GB download giving fans plenty of time to get ready for launch day.
