A new GTA 6 poster that could come as part of the code in box copies of the game has been revealed. However, it may end up being limited to select retailers and it might not even be truly official.
German retailer MediaMarkt has published a couple of images showing a double sided poster for GTA VI on their Instagram. One side features the game’s cover art whilst other has previously revealed artwork and a “Welcome to Vice City” logo in the bottom right. You can see photos of the poster below:
Whilst the poster appears top have been unfolded leading to speculation that this is included with all code in box copies, that might not be the case. On MediaMarkt’s online store, product listing title for the game states that it includes the poster. The company also added on their Instagram “Pre-order GTA 6 now and get your poster at MediaMarkt and Saturn!” This could mean the poster will be retailer exclusive. This is not to be confused with Walmart’s exclusive pre-order bonus.
Some people are doubting the official nature of this poster given this is our first, extended look at the artwork of the woman. However, it does not appear to be AI generated. We’ll just have to wait and see if other retailers also get this poster or if it is included in all copies of the game.
Whilst many fans were longing for a map of Leonida in the game case, that appears to not be happening with this game. A few days ago we reported on how the in-game map will be made purchasable on the Rockstar Games store. Now there’s this poster thrown into the mix.
